Whether the clinic documents treatment under general anaesthesia or deep / twilight sedation — "sleep dentistry", where the patient is asleep and unaware (does not feel, see, or hear the procedure). Ordinary conscious sedation, where the patient stays awake and responsive, does not count here. This is informational and does not affect the transparency score.

Change History
| Date | Change |
|---|---|
| 2026-09-29 | Corrected 2026-09-29: review recency within 3 months (newest review dated 2026-09-11). |
| 2026-09-25 | Re-read on 2026-09-25: the clinic's service catalogue (x-ray, consultation, dental-implant, surgery-and-extraction, pediatric-dentistry, appointment, FAQ and contact pages), and its Google listing. Recorded: 81 priced services covering filling, crowns, implants, consultation and X-ray, plus a scaling price for children under 10; CBCT scanning; surgery and pediatric dentistry with their own pages; published Sunday hours; no WhatsApp/LINE contact; no business-entity structured data on the site. Google listing: active owner replies; no signs of manipulated reviews. Not found: a TripAdvisor profile. Still unverified: an adult cleaning price, and whether reviews show a recurring complaint theme (only one substantive negative review among those read, on filling failures). |
| 2026-08-26 | Deepen 2026-08-26: clinic operates multiple branches under near-identical names; matched the record's Toul Kok/Russey Keo address to the Google-listed 'Real Teeth Dental Clinic (TK)' entry (TK = Toul Kork), rating/reviews newly recorded 4.5/43. Its Google-listed phone (+855 12 485 891) differs from the previously stored +855 12 859 575; left contacts.phone unchanged since the live site lists several branch-specific numbers and none exactly matches either figure, and I could not confirm which applies to the Toul Kok location specifically. Cited previously-uncited s2 (WhatClinic, Pasteur branch) under onOtherPlatforms. Visibility scout: present for implants (own site) and emergency (a large, independently-verifiable Facebook page) queries. |
